My fingernails are purple, I am shivering. I have sweatpants, long johns, two pairs of socks, gloves, an undershirt, a T-shirt, a sweatshirt, my robe, and a blanket on... I am STILL COLD. I want to turn the heater on.
No! The thermostat MUST stay at 68! This is crucial for our financial stability and continued existence!!!
Paul is a little bit chilly... All the sudden the thermostat is turned up to 74.

Funny, this sounds just like us, but in reverse. In the summertime we desperately try to hold off on the use of the air conditioning. The Man would rather sweat to death, literally, than run up the bill. I can't handle it. I can't blame him, though, since our power bill in the summer has been over $300!!!
Scott is always selfish in this area of our marrige! Cold in the summer (sometimes that air conditioning can get really chilly) and cold in the winter!
