Me: Hey look, there's one of those guys who stands on the corner with a "I like to stand on the corner in traffic with this stupid sign instead of go get a job" signs.
Paul: Yeah...
Me: Isn't that against the law? To stand there on the corner and bug people?
Paul: I think so. I think they call it loitering.
Me: Noooo... that's when you throw trash on the ground.
Paul: That's littering.
Me: I know that. But isn't loitering just a fancy word for littering?
