Lemon Cleanse 2: The Lemon Strikes Back
I started the lemon cleanse again today. I did the cleanse about this same time of year last year and it really made a difference in my health. So, I am off on another quest for good health. You can read about my adventures here... LEMON.

How on earth do you do this? I am interested but don't think I have the will power. I think my body could use a good cleanse.
