We did it!! We finally decided on a price for THEE home and just a few hours ago, Paul and I signed the contract to buy it, our very first home. I am so excited!!!!! I love this house! We set the closing date for December because that is when our lease on our apartment is up, the builder was fine with that. We got such a great deal on the house too. This time, since it's gonna be ours, I decided to take the camera out and get some pictures. Just click on the picture to the right and you can view more. By the way, the furniture in the house is not ours.
After our triumphant business dealings, we went out to Wendy's to celebrate... being this is all we can afford now.

Oh for the LOVE!!! Your House is GORGEOUS!!! Congratulations again! That is just FABULOUS news! BTW, Paul bears and uncanny resemblance to "Wendy", why with the red hair and pig tails I would swear he was a long lost brother, or SOMETHING like that.....
