Our Halloween Weekend.

We had a good Halloween weekend. Paul didn't even get called in, so it was an extra special holiday treat! Friday we went out for some pizza with some new friends. Madeline had a really great time running around the restaurant. The waitress even gave her a new stuffed animal. Afterward she played with our new friend's dog a little. She loves animals so much, and I love watching her get excited when animals are around.

Saturday was Halloween and we carved our pumpkins that morning after breakfast. Madeline enjoyed scooping out the slimey pumpkin guts and eating the seeds. This year we decided not to take Madeline trick-or-treating because it was cold out and we knew that we would end up eating all the candy since I don't let her have candy yet. She did get dressed up in her costume and really had a great time greeting the 6 trick-or-treators we had though. That's 4 more than last year so we were pretty psyched. Every time the doorbell rang we all jumped up and ran to the door. The rest of the evening we watch the world series.

Sunday was what it is meant to be... relaxing.
