Brooke needed some quiet while she was designing her futuristic tower for corporate. Madeline was ready for Spring Break.
Madeline was like... "come on Brooke, let's go throw the ball" And Brooke was like, "Could you take the picture already?"

When Brooke's mommy got home we went out in the backyard and threw the ball around for a little while and the girls tested out the swing...

Our cute friends!
Then, while I finished making dinner and Paul layed on the couch not feeling very well(not the best weekend for our guy), Misty entertained the girls with reading books and playing.
There was a moment while I was cooking when Madeline fell over and started crying (this happens a lot) and I went running toward her, like I usually do, but Misty was already next to her helping her up and hugging her and telling her it was okay. Madeline quickly stopped crying and smiled and started playing again. I just sat there for a minute so happy in the realization that I have a true friend here. A true friend who loves my baby and who I can trust.Misty and her little family have always been there for us and I love them so much. I really cherrish all of the times we have had together. We have experienced a lot of firsts together and shared some very special moments as new mothers and friends. I am so thankful for friends like Misty, Michael, and Brooke.
