Papertowel Roll Art

I am what you would call a "controlled Pinterest" viewer.  I only look at it maybe 3-4 times a week.  There is a lot of really great ideas on there, especially pertaining to recipes and DIY (Do It Yourself) tutorials - art projects, sewing, etc.  I really enjoy creating things so this is pretty attractive to me. I'm proud of myself for not spending all day on that site. I can see how someone might be tempted to.

One of the fun ideas I found on the site was one for doing your own home decor by recycling paper towel and toilet paper rolls.

So I began saving up and finally when I have about 12 rolls saved, I started my own project. 

Here it is up on the wall. I decided to put it up in the dining room area where we have a high ceiling. It looked really big on the table, but when I put it up it looked pretty small, so I plan on adding to it as paper towel and toilet paper rolls become available.
