I think it's some sort of secret code. A document that can only be deciphered by babies. So, if you have a baby, maybe you could get them to interpret it for you?

Sometimes, for fun, I let Madeline use the laptop. So I let her do some typing in a notepad screen. I found this document saved on the desktop several minutes later. She actually saved the document by herself. This kid will be building web pages in a couple years probably.
