Pool Party!

Today Madeline's BFF Brooke invited us over for a swim in her pool. We have been looking forward to trying it out ever since they got it, and today was the most perfect day for it weatherwise. So we packed up all our pool gear and headed on over! After drenching the girls in sunscreen and making sure they were fed, we ventured out to the pool...

Madeline has never been swimming anywhere but in the tubby so this was a memory moment event. Here we are, ready to go!

Here's our Buds, Brooke and Misty...

The girls each had their own fun blow up shade thing to float around in. It was a bit of a shock when Mads was first introduced to the pool. I think the fact that we had a hard time getting her legs through the leg holes on her lily pad floater had something to do with her frustration. But as soon as Madeline hit the water, her motor-boat legs started moving.

She eventually started smiling and having some fun.

Hot and pooped, the girls were ready to call it a day.
