Grandma & Grandpa Visit Madeline

Last time Paul's parents were able to see Madeline in person she was only 3 months old. She's changed a whole bunch since then, so we were really excited for them to come down and see us this past week.

It was really a nice week - good weather, good food (thanks for all the great recipes Ma!), and Paul was able to take the whole week off from work.


Madeline showed them all of her cool toys and how she can stand up for a long time holding on to stuff and roll around in her room.

We were able to spend some time at the park yesterday and had a good time feeding the geese, fishes, birds, and turtles, and playing on the swings.

Madeline was a little wishy washy with her Gramps... one second she would cry, the next she would be smiling at him and patting his arm. I'm sure next time she sees him she will be a little more friendly.

Thank you for everything Grandma and Grandpa! We love you and we have a great time with you here! We can't wait to see you again at Christmas.
