You know what I don't own that I would really like to have? A sifter. You know, for flour. It is entirely possible to bake without one, I've done it, but how nice it would be to have fluffy flour when a recipe calls for it.
Oh! And one of those things you slide onto your tube of toothpaste that helps you roll it up and squeeze all the toothpaste out of the top all clean and neat-like. So you get every drop of toothpaste. That would be heaven.

We don't have a sifter either, but we have used a wire mesh colander before that sifts the flour well.
I totally agree on the toothpaste thing. You'd think someone would have already invented something to fix the problem.
I was going to tell you also just to use a wire colander. It works just as well as a sifter and you probably already have one!
You know, I never thought to use a colander... thanks Joe, Tyra. Great idea! Amber, they have invented this little plastic thing you can slide on the tube, I just don't know where to get one.
Hi Edith!
I'm almost completely positive you won't remember me, but I found your blog through Shawna's and hers by total accident. I can't sleep tonight and have been having so much fun reading your cute blog. I hope you don't mind! If you ever want to stop by and say hello I'm at cainandco.blogspot.com. Your family is adorable!

Hi Melanie! Why wouldn't I remember you?! The first thing that comes to mind is that you loved to color. You always colored with markers and the lines were extremely straight and lined up. I always thought it looked so nice.
