Edith: picking them up "Almost exactly. Infact, they have some on the website JUST LIKE THIS. It's the same clip and everything."
Paul: "But here you get 6 for $2.99, hmm."
Edith: "I think I just got ripped by 'A bunch of bows'.
Paul: "It's a bunch of bow sh*t. Hahahahahahahahahaha"
Edith: "Hahahahahhahahahahahaha!"

Seriously, I always look for bows that won't slide out of Madeline's hair so I was really happy to have finally found a website that sells them. Not that I don't like the bows we got from this particular website for Madeline, they stay in good and the website has a very extensive selection in style AND color... but the price is ridiculous! Anywhere from $3.00 to $8.00 a bow?
Another thing that sort of bothered me is that they claim on the website that it will take several weeks to get your order because each bow is custom made. But when I received my order, part of it was missing and on the order form next to the listed missing bows it said,
"Out of stock. Refunded."
Custom made huh? SuuuUUUUre. Then how can you be out of stock?
She DOES look awfully cute in the bows though. Here's one of the ones we got:
So if you're looking for some cheap bows that won't fall out of baby's hair, go to Target or make your own... that's my next endeavor.

I would probably embarrass myself if I tried to count the times I have been ripped off online. . . STUPID INTERNET!!! :) :) It is good that your husband can share a laugh with you over it. I'd like to think Brian would see the humor in my over priced purchases...he hasn't yet- but maybe someday- cuz' sure as heck....the purchases are bound to continue. BTW, Madeline looks adorable in her over priced bows! ;) ;)

That would be so fun! Let's do it. I'm wondering if we can find the clips at a beauty supply or something.We'll have to go look. I know, isn't it frustrating that none of them stay in?? Grrr!
