I was just sitting here thinking... "gee I love pie". I have always loved pie. It's a delectable dessert. When I was younger my favorite kinds were pumpkin and coconut cream pie. Oh and my mother makes THEE most amazing lemon meringue pie.
As I got older, I began to appreciate the fruit-filled pies like apple and cherry... oh and hot blueberry pie with one scoop of vanilla ice cream on it... Mmmmm.

Key lime pie is my new favorite kind of pie. It is SO GOOD. They have a really good one at a restaurant here in memphis, but they sell it for like $8 a slice... that's like $1 a bite!! Ridiculous.
Edward's makes a pretty good pie you can get at the store in individial slices!! Isn't that awesome??? I think so.

Why didn't you tell me lemon meringue pie was your favorite. That is one of my specialties. I will make you one when we visit.
Maybe we can try a key lime pie, what ever you want to do. Madeline is a such a cutie.
